DCFD Responds to MVA

At about 5pm Feb 13th 2008 DCFD was dispatched to a vehicle off the road with injuries on Dunn's Corners-Bradford Rd. at Blue Sky Drive. Car 1 and Engine 6 signed on the air responding. Enroute to Blue Sky Drive, Car 1 came up on a vehicle at the exit to Walmart that appeared to have been t-boned which would end up being connected to the vehicle off the road at Blue Sky Drive. E6 assisted w/ WPD in securing the road way before continuing to Blue Sky Drive where a light pick up truck was found in off the road into a tree. Westerly Ambulance was on scene treating the victim. DCFD Firefighters checked for a fluid spill and other hazards before clearing the scene and leaving it in the hands of WPD.
