You have asked for it, a we have heard you ! 📣📣 We are excited to announce we will be hosting a Citizens Public Safety Academy in 2024 ! Along with our public safety partners 🚓🚒🚑,Charlestown Ambulance Rescue Service, Dunn's Corners Fire Department, Cross' Mills Fire Department, Charlestown Richmond Fire Department, we will be hosting a 9-week Academy, beginning March 5th, 2024, every Tuesday evening from 6-9pm at Police Headquarters.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact with and learn from your public safety professionals through interactive classes, hands-on demonstrations and live presentations delivered by Charlestown Police Officers, EMT's and Firefighters 👮🏼🧑‍🚒.
Topics include: Department overviews, patrol operations, motor vehicle stops, criminal investigations / digital forensics, firearms program, rescue demonstrations, K-9 demonstrations, drone operations, fire demonstrations and much more..... 🐕🚔🧯
