Yesterday evening Rescue Products International, Inc. instructor Sean Barry came to DCFD to train members on ice rescue operations. During the training we completed a hands-on refresher on our Marsars Water Rescue Systems ice rescue sleds. We were also glad to have members from both Misquamicut Fire Department and Watch Hill Fire Department attend this training. Our mutual aide partners are always helpful during large scale/technical rescue operations.
