Tonight the RI State Firefighters League presented DCFD Retired Deputy Chief Kenneth Martin with the Fire Service Lifetime Achievement Award. Ken has served the DCFD community for over 50 years!!!! Award was presented by Chief DeGrave at the Foster Country Club.
