Richard Hosp, passed away on December 11, 2014.

Besides the accomplishments listed in the Sun obituary, Richard was a founding member of the Dunn's Corners Fire District Operating Committee, serving the District as an At-Large Member from 2007 until 2009, during which time Richard helped us manage the many challenges we faced as a new Operating Committee. Richard was a hard-working community leader who steadfastly modeled the civility and ethical behavior he so highly valued in others. Richard was a good friend to many of us.

Though the Dunn's Corners Fire District has lost a great contributor in Richard, his work in the District lives on.
